Spain's finest cheeses, charcuterie and Galician wines
We'll be showcasing Spain's most celebrated artisans and world cheese award winners from around the country. Also, launching some exciting new cheeses such as a beautiful blue cheese soaked in Asturian cider as well as Torta del Trujillo. We’ll have with us our Manchego 'El Pesebre', winner of 'Selección de Oro' 2010 and 2011” and our very popular 'Manchego' rolled in rosemary. Also, Cabrales, probably Spain’s strongest blue cheese and our beautiful goats cheese from Rioja. Our cheeses are protected by D.O. or P.D.O. the recognised symbol certifying the authenticity of each variety.
