Spain's finest artisan cheeses and wine
We'll be showcasing Spain's most celebrated artisan cheeses and world cheese award winners from around the country, including THE UNDISPUTED WORLD CHEESE AWARD WINNER FOR 2012, a Manchego Gran Reserva from raw milk and matured for at least nine months. To partner this fine champion we have a stunning semi-cured Manchego and winner of the Best Artisan Manchego 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Plus our hugely popular 'Bellota', acorn-fed goats cheese, strong, smelly and creamy. Also a superb semi-cured goats cheese from Rioja, a Catalan cheese rind-washed in Montseny beer, a cave-aged blue, 'Cabrales', which is probably Spain's strongest cheese amongst others. We'll also have with us our beautiful Quince with orange, Fig & Almond slice, Spanish almonds and olives too. Our cheeses are protected by D.O. or P.D.O. the recognised symbol certifying the authenticity of each variety.
