The French Comte

The French Comte was created earlier this year by Florent Gacon and Fabien Joly, two young Franc-Comtois, with a passion for food, wine and the artisan traditions of their native region of France. Florent and Fabien come from a long line of farmers and craftsmen who have been producing food and running market stalls for generations, and now they are bringing the flavours of their mountains to Borough Market and London in general.
