The French Comte was created early 2011 by Florent Gacon and Fabien Joly, two young Franc-Comtois, with a passion for food, wine and the artisan traditions of their native region of France. Florent and Fabien come from a long line of farmers and craftsmen who have been producing food and running market stalls for generations, and now they are bringing the flavours of their mountains to London.
